We will update you on your progress by email or phone, so please check your emails regularly (including your junk/spam) and be prepared to answer our call.

Yes, all our photographers are vetted on completion of acceptance of employment and have a minimum of basic DBS and Right to Work checks.

Yes, all our staff are fully insured for both personal and public liability.

We will update you accordingly as soon as we are able so please check your emails regularly, including your junk/spam folder.

All of our photographer roles require the successful candidate to hold a current full UK driving licence (with no more than six points), as travel forms a significant part of the role.

Fourwalls is not a sponsoring organisation and is not in a position to sponsor any applicants or existing employees, so all candidates must have the right to work full time in the UK. Right to work documents will be checked upon offering a position to confirm the candidates rights to work in the UK.

Due to the pandemic, we know that from a business continuity perspective it is possible for everyone to work from home and the company could manage this in similar circumstances moving forward. We also recognise that certain roles can benefit from being part of an office-based team and some tasks can be carried out more effectively in an office environment, so as a general guide we try to strike a balance and most office roles at DJD provide the opportunity to work from home two days a week.

Employee wellbeing relates to all aspects of working life, including the environment employees work in, the culture in the workplace and how a workforce feels about their day to day work. We take employee wellbeing very seriously at DJD: we have an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) with Bupa healthcare for all our employees and we have two mental health first aiders, along with a flexible, hybrid working policy.

Yes, we do not discriminate on the grounds of gender, sexual orientation, marital or civil partner status, gender reassignment, race, colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin, religion or belief, disability or age.
